Christmas Break and Adjusted Service Hours

As the festive season approaches, cities begin to shine with lights and we reflect on an eventful year. During this special time, we would also like to take a moment to slow down and recharge our energy for the year ahead.

From December 22, 2025, to January 2, 2026, we will be on a Christmas break.

To ensure continued and reliable support during this period, our service hours will be adjusted as follows:

  • Monday, December 22: 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
  • Tuesday, December 23: 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
  • Wednesday, December 24: 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
  • Thursday, December 25: Public holiday
  • Friday, December 26: 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
  • Monday, December 29: 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
  • Tuesday, December 30: 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
  • Wednesday, December 31: 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
  • Thursday, January 1: Public holiday
  • Tuesday, January 6: 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m

Services available during this period:

  • Telephone and email support
  • Order processing
  • License activations and enablements (no network installations)

Departments not staffed during the shutdown:

  • Production, RMA, shipping, and accounting
