First check, whether the wifi signal of the Master is visible for your device. If not, please restart the Master. If the signal is visible but disappears again and again, the wifi signal from the Master is disturbed by other signals. In this case, please contact us. If the signal is selected and the system reports that the password you entered is not correct, then your device may not be working properly with the Master, probably because of other wifi signals. Try the connection again. If it still does not connect, contact us.
